Stones sign two-year sponsorship deal
Go Travel Kent League club Maidstone United have announced the identity of it's new first-team sponsor at a press conference held at the Hilton Hotel in Maidstone.

The new sponsor KF Concept, announced a new working partnership with Maidstone United.

The agreement, which will run for two years (with the option of a third year) was not given a specific financial value by chairman Paul Bowden-Brown. However, he stated that the sums involved would be the envy of many clubs playing at
higher levels within the Pyramid.

The KF Concept is a British-based private syndicate currently operating in 33 countries. The company invest in various high yield financial projects using network marketing techniques. The strength of the KF Concept is in it's membership, by combining the scheme's resources and pooling the projects' returns from all levels of income, maximising the revenue of each member without any active participation.

KF Concept Dierctor, Kevin McNab (an ex-Maidstone United Reserve team player during our Conference days) expressed his delight regarding the deal. He said that KF Concept had a stated aim of "becoming a household name before Christmas." To this end the company had embarked on a series of sports sponsorships.

Snooker player Steven Lee was sponsored during the World Championships at Sheffield, during which he reached the semi-finals. Also receiving sponsorship from KF Concept are British rally driver Leslie Barrett (in the Seat Cupra
Series) and JT Hughes Mitsubishi Welsh Premier League side Llanelli.

Paul Bowden-Brown added "This agreement will allow the club to progress. It is the start of a working partnership."

The club also announced, in partnership with kit supplier Score Leisure, that all previously purchased replica shirts will have the new KF Concept sponsor logo overlaid free of charge at the first Saturday home game of the Kent League
season.

KF Concept also underlined their commitment to the club by making an impromptu donation of £1000 to the Maidstone United Ground Appeal. The cheque (which does not form part of the main sponsorship package) was presented by Kevin McNab and was gratefully accepted by Fund co-ordinator Jonathan Parr. The fund is now fast approaching £6000.

Meanwhile, midfielder Jamie Kempster has delayed his decision on whether to join big-spending Kent League rivals Cray Wanderers.

Manager Jim Ward said: "Jamie has phoned me and said that he will give me his decision soon."

Ward has, however, succeeded in snapping up a second player from Dr Martens League Eastern Division neighbours Chatham Town in midfielder Shawn Mitchell.
