Mr John D'Arcy
JOHN D'ARCY, the match referee for the recent Go Travel Kent League
Premier Division match between Sevenoaks Town and Tunbridge Wells, has confirmed
the reasons why he sent off Tunbridge Wells' duo Barrington Beaney and Daniel
Barham.
He said: "I would like to point out that B.Beaney was dismissed
for two cautionable offences.
"Mr Barham had been cautioned for Unsporting Behaviour but was dismissed
for violent conduct as the ball he threw struck me in the chest."
Kentish Football editor, Stephen McCartney would like to apologise for any
incorrect statements written in the match report, and thank Mr D'Arcy for taking
time out to state the correct facts.
