Bromley have no Luck as they suffer embarrassing defeat |
Saturday
10th December 2005 |
Ryman Premier League | Colin Head reports from Oakside |
Redbridge | 3 | Luck 58.64.82 |
Bromley | 2 | Awuah 31,80 |
Bromley
were out fought and out played in an awful second half at Redbridge on
Saturday which saw the home side secure their first league win of the
season, writes Colin Head. Making
several changes to the side the Barkingside based club looked much better than
their bottom place in league and were the equal of The Ravens for most of the
first half, occasionally they did look shaky but there has obviously been a vast
improvement since the arrival of new manager Allan Fenn.
Bromley
started brightly and at first looked comfortable with their 3-5-2 formation
creating early chances Nic McDonnell just stumbled when looking likely to score,
Jones Awuah shot just wide when connecting to a Colin Luckett cross and the
former Gillingham man also had a shot well saved by Richard Wray.
