Carpenter "verbally agrees" to re-sign for Wings - EXCLUSIVE

Welling United manager Neil Smith has this morning revealed that midfielder Richard Carpenter has "verbally agreed" to re-sign for the Park View Road club.

Smith, preparing for his first season in charge of the Blue Square Southern club, told www.kentishfootball.co.uk:  "Richard Carpenter has verbally agreed to sign for us. Hopefully I will have more transfer news at the end of the week."
