Muggeridge has appointed coaches Jamie Leggett, Barrie Pickett and Daryl Willard.
“I’m honoured and very excited to have been given this amazing opportunity to join the management team at Crowborough,” said Leggett, 33.
“After speaking to Sean it was a done deal in my mind and an opportunity that I just could not resist.
“I’m looking forward to the start of pre-season so we can start putting in place our ethics and new ideas for the new season ahead together.
“We are all going to work hard to set our goals and hopefully achieve come the end of the season and continue to build momentum on and off the pitch and we’ll see how far that can take us.”
Leggett has vast experience and knowledge of the two Southern Counties East Football League divisions and is often out watching games to cast his expert eye on players.
“Last season I started off the season playing for Forest Hill Park under Lee Roots, who I very enjoyed playing for and he’s a top manager but I had to stop because of personal issues,” revealed Leggett.
“I’m an England six-a-side manager, alongside my head coach Kevin James, who is part of Kevin Watson’s management team at Cray Valley.
“We recently won the home nations tournament, which included Henry Muggeridge (of Whitehawk) and many other amazing talented non-league players. We will be heading to the World Cup in October.”
Crowborough Athletic begin their pre-season campaign on Saturday 6 July when they play Crawley Down Gatwick at Ardingly College (13:00).
