Daish: Members should vote to sell star striker Gash
The cash-strapped, full-time Blue Square Premier club have received an offer of £55,000 for the former Cambridge City striker and the bidding club wish to remain anonymous until the vote is completed.
The Stonebridge Road club have, however, revealed details of the offer.
They will receive £30,000 if they sell Gash; £25,000 on 1 January 2010 and a sell-on of 20% of money received should Gash be transferred from the unnamed club in the future.
In addition, the sell on fee to Gash's previous club Cambridge City has been re-negotiated to 15%.
This means that should the transfer be approved by members, £7,000 would go to Cambridge City, meaning the Fleet would gross £48,000.
If in future is transferred by the unnamed club, Cambridge City would receive 30% of the 20% that the Fleet would receive from the sale.
Liam Daish, who takes his side to Blue Square South side Bromley tomorrow, told www.ebbsfleetunited.co.uk that Gash should move on so he can sign the trialists' that have impressed him during their 3-2 home win over a full-strength League One side Leyton Orient in midweek.
The boss said: "Weighing everything up, I think this is the right deal for Ebbsfleet United and Michael Gash.
“It will make a considerable difference to our playing budget and enable me to bring in a number of the players we've been looking at over the last few week.
"I have spoken to Michael and he has expressed a wish to move on."
Club accountant Graeme Swift added, "Financially, this looks like a sound move for Ebbsfleet United. It will increase our Net playing budget by £890 per week as well as free up the current wages of Michael Gash.
“It will certainly give Liam Daish more options."
