Dover Athletic snap up striker Calum Willock from Ebbsfleet United

Wednesday 06th June 2012
DOVER ATHLETIC have today completed the signing of striker Calum Willock from Ebbsfleet United.

The 30 year-old was offered a new deal by Liam Daish at Stonebridge Road but has opted to become part of Nicky Forster's revamped squad at Crabble.

The former Peterborough, Brentford and Stevenage forward was top scorer for the Fleet with 20 goals when they secured promotion from Blue Square Bet South a year ago and netted a further 19 goals in the Premier division last season.

Willock racked up an impressive 86 appearances for Ebbsfleet in the past two seasons, a near ever present throughout. He contributed to their promotion via the play-offs in 2011 and a midtable finish in Blue Square Bet Premier in 2012.

Willock joins Billy Bricknell and Terry Dixon in the forward department and follows last week's signing of winger Ricky Modeste from Chelmsford City.
