Faversham Town search for new reserve team manager

FAVERSHAM TOWN are currently recruiting for the position of reserve team manager in what will be the club's first ever season as a Ryman League club.

As part of a successful ‘Community Club’ the role of reserve team manager is an important position within the footballing structure at Salters Lane and applicants would be required to adhere to the club’s policy of highlighting and developing local players with the aim of supporting and assisting the first team management.

The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a good working knowledge of non-league football,
possess good communication skills and adopt a flexible approach to team working. A Level 2 Coaching qualification is preferred although not essential.

Working predominantly with the reserve team the successful candidate will report to the first team manager and will also be expected to foster a good working relationship with the under 18 management team.
