Holders Ebbsfleet face Oystermen test
Tuesday 30th December 2008
THE draw for the quarter-finals of the Kent Senior Cup was made on BBC Radio Kent yesterday morning.
Holders Ebbsfleet United travel to play Whitstable Town, who are struggling three divisions below them in Ryman League Division One South.
There is a big link between the two clubs as Whitstable Town have had Fleet’s youngsters on loan in the past, notably John Akinde, who signed for Bristol City earlier in the season.
The draw is as follows:
Maidstone United v Bromley
Welling United v Folkestone Invicta
Ramsgate v Thamesmead Town
Whitstable Town v Ebbsfleet United
Ties are to be played by the end of February 2009.
