Orpington appoint Sean Glover as their new manager

ORPINGTON have appointed Sean Glover as their new manager.


The club, who play at Green Court Road in Crockenhill, endured a miserable Kent Invicta League campaign last season after they finished at the foot of the table, having collected six wins and five draws from their 30 league games.

Glover, who has previously played for Ashford Town, Thamesmead Town, Beckenham Town and Cray Valley (Paper Mills) and enjoyed a managerial role at Wickham Park, is well known to Orpington having been a player with a number of its teams and has a knowledge of the club.

He has coaching and managerial expertise which will assist in helping to drive the club forward.

“I look forward to getting everyone ready for the start of what will be an exciting and challenging season.”
