Premier League referee is star name at Faversham Town's dinner

PREMIER LEAGUE and FIFA referee Steve Bennett has been 'booked' to be the guest of honour at Faversham Town Football Club's fifth annual Sportsmans Night to be held at Faversham Golf Club on the evening of Thursday, 16th April 2009.

Mr Bennett is Kent's only Premier League official and was in charge of the first FA Cup Final to be held at the 'New Wembley'.

And he will be talking about life in the cash-rich top-flight of English football at the event.

Cost of tickets is £35 per person with a five course meal. The evening begins at 7:30pm with carriages at midnight and promises to be an entertaining and possibly, controversial evening.
