ASHFORD UNITED have lost the services of their 21-goal midfielder Sam Corne, 22.

KENT FOOTBALL United manager Danny Wakeling has announced his management team ahead of next season’s Southern Counties East Football League First Division campaign.
James Day has stepped up to first team player-coach, while Jay Barden has been appointed coach. Metin Godze has been appointed reserve team manager and Andrew Wheaton is the new scout of the Dartford based side.
“We’ve added them to the club as we grow into two sides for the season ahead with a reserve team added to the structure for the senior men’s,” said Wakeling.
K SPORTS first team manager Kris Browning and his assistant Graham Martin will remain in their roles next season.
“The board met with our long standing first team manager Kris Browning and we are delighted to confirm he has agreed to continue in his current role and his assistant manager Graham Martin for the coming season,” said a club statement.
“After a successful debut finishing in 12th place in the Southern Counties East Football League Premier Division we will be looking to build on this for the coming season.”
The Aylesford based club, meanwhile, begin the search for a new reserve team manager to replace Aaron Braithwaite.
“Our reserves had another great season gaining promotion to the Kent County Premier Division,” added the statement.
“However, following a conversation with our committee, Aaron has decided to move on and we thank him and his team for their hard work and wish them all the best for the future.
“We are now looking to find a new management team for our reserves and interested parties should contact us as soon as possible.
“The ideal candidate need to be able to work with both youth and senior players with a desire to help those players progress to our first team.
“You will be working closely with our first and third team managers and will be expected to attend club training sessions mid-week and matches on Saturday and mid-week as required.
“We also have an under 23 side in the Sevenoaks League and we are delighted to confirm James Hartnoll has been appointed manager of this new side.
“We are excited about the various opportunities we are creating and we would like to hear from our players interested in playing at our fantastic facilities.”
SEVENOAKS TOWN manager Micky Collins has signed striker Connor French – who scored 20 goals for Three Bridges last season – and midfielder Bradley Schafer from Herne Bay.
TONBRIDGE ANGELS have signed central midfielder Tommy Brewer and right-back Alex Bentley from Kingstonian and AFC Hornchurch respectively.
VCD ATHLETIC manager Keith McMahon has retained the services of winger Alex Gaggin.
