EBBSFLEET UNITED have released all non-contracted players and will rebuild their squad from scratch.

My Football Club have ratified a draft budget of £4,000 net per week, less than half of what Daish had at his disposal last season.

Daish has had to release all of his players, except for the five who were already signed up for next season.

Third choice goalkeeper Rob French has signed for Kent League side Faversham Town, midfielder Danny Slatter has signed for Billericay Town and defender Peter Hawkins agreed to stay with Maidstone United, following his three month loan spell with the Ryman Premier League club.

"I will have to build a whole new team on a very low budget that will probably be the lowest in the division," Daish told www.gravesendreporter.co.uk.

"It is not ideal starting from scratch and it will be very hard.  The have given me a budget to work with over 43 weeks and I just think we needed to be a little bit more speculative.

"It will be tough, hopefully I can get a side that can compete and keep the crowds coming through the gate."

ANOTHER troubled club are Tonbridge Angels, who are coming to terms with the loss of both their chairman and vice-chairman this month.

Manager Tommy Warrilow will also be working with a slashed budget next season and fans have been invited to a open meeting on Tuesday at the Longmead Lounge at the club.

Goalkeeper Lee Worgan, who starts next season with a suspension, and the versatile Lee Minshull have both pledged their future at the club.

But the Olorunda brothers, Ade, 24, and the much-improved Tim, 26, have jumped ship and have returned to their former club Hastings United, who are managed by former Angels boss Tony Dolby.

Speaking to www.hastingsobserver.co.uk , Dolby said he is pleased to welcome the brothers back to their home-town club.

"They were very good for me the year before and they're going to be big assets for us," he said.

"I think we're going to be very strong with these two back at the club."

The locally based pair had played key roles since the club's promotion from Ryman League Division One South during the 2006-07 season and their Premier survival a year later.

But both were snapped up by Angels boss Tommy Warrilow last summer, but are the first two confirmed departures following the west Kent club's cash crisis.

The club are also searching for a new reserve management team, following the departures of both Julian Leigh and Micky Collins.

www.kentishfootball.co.uk will be attending Tuesday night's supporters' meeting at Longmead Stadium.

WELLING UNITED have signed right-back Andy Sambrook, 29, from AFC Wimbledon. The Dons have also released former Dover Athletic defender Jake Leberl.

Meanwhile, Loui Fazakerley has left the Wings and has been snapped up by their Blue Square South rivals Bromley.

Welling have confirmed that their annual curtain raiser against neighbouring Charlton Athletic will take place at Park View Road on Wednesday 8th July (7:45pm).

PROMOTED Cray Wanderers have increased their admission prices to fall in line with fellow Ryman Premier League clubs.

Thanks to Simon Osborn's stunning free-kick which sealed a 1-0 win over Metropolitan Police in the Ryman League Division One South play-off final last month, the Wands will spend their 150th anniversary playing in their highest level of football.

"Unfortunately, there is a bit of a sting in the tail that now goes with such success," said a club statement, posted on www.craywands.co.uk.

"There's no easy way to break the news.  With effect from Cray's first competitive home match of the new campaign, entrance fees at the turnstiles will rise to £10 for adults,  but will remain at £4 for under 16s and concessions.

"On a sunnier note, season tickets will remain at last season's prices, £125 for adults and £65 for under 16s and concessions.

"Purchased prior to 1 July 2009, season tickets will be reduced by 5% of the full price. Even at full price (£125), a season ticket represents excellent value for money, equating to just £5.95 per league match over a 21-game home fixtures season.

"Equally as important, the matchday programme cover price will be increasing to £2 from £1.50. This, like the increased entrance fee, falls into line with the higher league status."

Club chairman Gary Hillman, who funds the club along with John Woolf, is also asking that supporters kindly get involved with the club on matchdays.

"There will be several new tasks that need doing and volunteers are being sought," added the statement.

Meanwhile, the Magic Wands undertake their celebratory tour of the Cray's today.

MARK MUNDAY, the recently appointed new manager of Ryman League Division One South side Whitstable Town, has appointed Paul Lamb as his assistant.  Lamb replaces Simon Halsey, who has teamed up with Barry Morgan at local Kent League side Herne Bay.

Munday, a vastly experienced campaigner, who has played for numerous Kent clubs, mainly in the east of the county, will be without  leading goalscorer Ian Pulman next season, as the striker will be travelling around Australia.

MARGATE have confirmed that goalkeeper Pat Mullin and Louis Smith are the biggest casualties after the club, who finished in a relegation place in the Ryman Premier League, revealed their retained list.

Striker Nathan Bailey, who arrived from Dover Athletic in January, has been shown the door, having failed to score a single goal in an injury-hit spell at Hartsdown Park.

Midfielder Jackson Ohakam, Luke Coleman and James Gregory (who has since signed for Kent League side Faversham Town) have also been released.

Centre back Ben Lewis, who controversially moved from Maidstone United before the transfer deadline, but was unable to play for Margate, has completed his move, whilst young striker Joe Taylor has signed a contract for the Gate.
