We bring you news from Greenwich Borough, Hythe Town and Sittingbourne today.

Craig Edwards, the newly appointed manager of Ryman League Division One South club Dulwich Hamlet, has named his 22-man squad for the new season.

Two of those players, central defender, Dave Waters, formerly of Sevenoaks Town, and striker Meshach Nugent, have arrived from Kent League side, Greenwich Borough.

“Obviously I’m very disappointed to lose them, but pleased they have moved to a better level,” Borough boss Phil Miles said EXCLUSIVELY to www.kentishfootball.co.uk today.

The former Slade Green boss added: “Both are young and strong and I’m sure they will do well. If they don’t, they know that they are more than welcome back.”

Much-travelled goalkeeper Chuck Martini, whose played for Kent sides Maidstone United, Folkestone Invicta and Bromley has also been named in Edwards’ squad.

Kent League side Hythe Town are searching for a pre-season friendly for Saturday, 28th July.

Their game at Ashford Borough has had to be cancelled, leaving Paul Fisk’s side without a game.

Hythe are interested in travelling to any club, at any level, who play in Kent or east Sussex, for a match.

Interested parties should contact secretary Martin Giles on 01303 267 619 (work), 01303 265 962 (home), 07908 763 101 (mobile) or contact the club on 01303 238 256.

Sittingbourne’s manager Steve Lovell’s younger son Nick has been selected to go to China with the England national development football squad in preparation for the cerebral palsy World Cup.

Nick now stands a good chance of making the finals to be played in Brazil during November and forms part of a twenty-man strong squad.

Meanwhile, the Ryman League Division One South club kick-off their pre-season programme with a trip to Deal Town tomorrow, before playing Deal's Kent League rivals Thamesmead Town next Tuesday.
