The Road To Wembley: Time to cast your vote on our main match

Saturday 20th October 2007

Fans have until 12 noon on Wednesday to help me decide which FA Cup (Sponsored by E.ON) Fourth and Final Qualifying Round match I’ll be covering next Saturday.

At present, Folkestone Invicta lead the way with 70% of the vote.

Invicta fans want me to cover their home game against Billericay Town - due to the fact that Neil Cugley’s side have a 100% record in every game that I've covered.

Invicta have won away to Tonbridge Angels (2-1), before winning their only two home games of the season, against Billericay Town (3-2) in the league, and Hillingdon Borough (1-0) in the last round of the FA Cup.

But fans of Ebbsfleet United (who face Exeter City at Stonebridge Road), and Tonbridge Angels (who travel to Ware) can also vote.

As at midnight on Saturday night, the votes cast are:

Folkestone Invicta v Billericay Town - 70%

Ware v Tonbridge Angels - 20%

Ebbsfleet United v Exeter City - 10%

If the voting ends in a draw, then a sudden death question will decide my destination.

I shall inform you when this question will appear on the website, and whoever gets it right, first, by email, will have the deciding vote.

But as we stand at the moment, I'm making the train journey from Tunbridge Wells to Folkestone - to bring Invicta more luck.

However, I'm hoping that all three sides get through, and then you'll be deciding which First Round Proper match I'll be attending!
